Terms, Privacy & Service Policies
These policies explain how WayaVPN works across our three access modes: VPN, HTTP(S), and SOCKS5. Our routes may be delivered through speed-focused DC paths or Residential partner routes, depending on availability, server status, account configuration, and product type.
Service Scope
Access modes and route types
WayaVPN separates how you connect from what route type carries the traffic. This helps keep the service clear and flexible.
VPN
VPN access is intended for full-device or full-client tunnelling through WayaVPN apps, OpenVPN profiles, routers, or supported VPN clients.
HTTP(S)
HTTP(S) proxy access is intended for browsers, applications, scripts, API clients, web automation, and tools that support HTTP or HTTPS proxy configuration.
SOCKS5
SOCKS5 proxy access is intended for advanced apps, bots, automation tools, browser profiles, and custom clients that support SOCKS5 proxy configuration.
DC Routes
Speed-focused paths
DC routes are designed for fast access, stable response, performance-focused workflows, automation, testing, API usage, browser profiles, and general speed-focused connectivity.
Residential Routes
ISP-style regional paths
Residential routes are designed to provide ISP-style regional presence where available. They may be used for country checks, market visibility, trust-sensitive workflows, and residential-style routing.
01
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of WayaVPN services, including VPN access, HTTP(S) access, SOCKS5 access, OpenVPN profiles, points, subscriptions, generated credentials, server routes, proxy dashboards, downloads, and related account tools.
By creating an account, purchasing points, activating a subscription, downloading a client, connecting to a VPN route, generating proxy credentials, or using any WayaVPN feature, you agree to these Terms and Policies.
- WayaVPN provides digital access services through available servers, routes, software, credentials, points, subscriptions, and proxy-generation tools.
- Access may be provided through VPN, HTTP(S), or SOCKS5 depending on the product, the route, the server, your account, and the configuration available at the time.
- Routes may be DC, Residential, or any other route type we introduce in the future. Route type is not the same thing as access mode.
- Points, subscriptions, generated credentials, proxy bundles, VPN access, and OpenVPN profiles are platform-controlled digital products.
- Purchased points do not expire unless a specific offer or product states otherwise. Free, promotional, rewarded, or earned points may carry limits, restrictions, or expiry rules.
- Generated credentials, proxy usernames, proxy passwords, VPN credentials, and OpenVPN files may be separate from your normal account login and should be handled securely.
- We may add, remove, pause, replace, rename, rotate, modify, or reconfigure locations, DC routes, residential routes, OpenVPN profiles, proxy endpoints, supported protocols, supported ISPs, prices, features, app behavior, server logic, or product rules at any time.
- We do not guarantee that every third-party website, app, platform, payment provider, streaming service, workplace tool, search engine, marketplace, or API will accept traffic from our routes.
- You are responsible for choosing the correct mode, route, location, credential type, and product for your own workflow.
02
Accounts, credentials and generated access
WayaVPN may use different credentials for account login, VPN access, HTTP(S) proxy access, SOCKS5 proxy access, subscriptions, or generated bundles.
- Your account login identifies you on the WayaVPN platform.
- VPN credentials may be used for VPN apps, OpenVPN profiles, or subscription provisioning.
- Proxy credentials may be generated separately for HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 access.
- Generated proxy credentials may include hostname, port, username, password, protocol type, data limit, validity window, and route availability.
- You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for any activity performed through credentials generated under your account.
- We may rotate, revoke, regenerate, limit, suspend, or disable credentials where needed for maintenance, abuse prevention, account protection, billing, provider changes, or service reliability.
03
Privacy Policy
We aim to operate WayaVPN with minimal retained data while still keeping enough information to deliver access, process payments, support users, prevent abuse, and maintain service health.
We do not intentionally store browsing activity logs such as:
- Browsing history
- Website content you view
- Application-level traffic content
- Full records of what you do online through VPN, HTTP(S), or SOCKS5 access
We may store limited operational or account-related data needed to run the platform, including:
- Account identity details you provide, such as name and email address
- Authentication records, verification status, and account security events
- Points balances, purchases, withdrawals, transfers, and transaction references
- Subscription status, expiry dates, assigned access, and provisioning records
- Generated proxy or VPN credential metadata needed for service operation
- Support tickets, support messages, and account support history
- Abuse-prevention, fraud-monitoring, payment verification, service health, and diagnostic data
- Usage accounting needed to enforce data limits, validity windows, subscriptions, or fair-use rules
04
Refund Policy
WayaVPN products are digital services that may be activated, provisioned, generated, or consumed immediately after purchase or account action.
All sales of points, subscriptions, generated credentials, VPN access, HTTP(S) access, SOCKS5 access, proxy bundles, and related digital service products are generally final.
- Points purchases are final.
- Subscription purchases are final once activated.
- Generated VPN, HTTP(S), or SOCKS5 access is final once provisioned.
- OpenVPN profile access and generated service credentials are final once made available.
- Transfers between users are final once completed.
- We do not offer refunds simply because a third-party site, app, service, or platform rejects or limits traffic.
- We do not offer refunds because a user changed their mind, selected the wrong route, or no longer wants to use the service.
We may, at our discretion, review exceptional cases involving duplicate payments, failed provisioning, or confirmed billing errors. Any exception does not create a continuing obligation to refund future purchases.
05
Service Availability
VPN, HTTP(S), and SOCKS5 access depends on servers, upstream providers, routing partners, infrastructure health, third-party network behavior, maintenance, and anti-abuse systems.
We work to keep active routes available, but network services are naturally variable. DC routes and residential routes may behave differently, and exact availability can change.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
- We do not guarantee permanent availability of any specific location, route, ISP, IP, endpoint, or server.
- We do not guarantee that any specific route will remain DC or Residential forever.
- We do not guarantee that any exact city, state, country, ISP, ASN, or IP presentation will remain constant.
- Some routes may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, partner issues, abuse control, or upstream changes.
- Some routes may rotate, degrade, fail, be replaced, or be withdrawn.
- Some third-party sites may block, rate-limit, challenge, or reject VPN or proxy traffic.
- Users with strict geography, ISP, platform, compliance, or workflow requirements should verify the resulting IP and route after connecting.
06
Acceptable Use
WayaVPN may not be used to harm our network, users, partners, payment systems, upstream providers, or third parties.
You agree not to use WayaVPN, VPN routes, HTTP(S) access, SOCKS5 access, generated credentials, points, subscriptions, or proxy bundles for abuse or unlawful activity.
- Fraud, scams, identity abuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or impersonation
- Spam, phishing, credential theft, account takeover, or malicious automation
- Network attacks, port scanning abuse, DDoS activity, malware distribution, or intrusion attempts
- Abuse of third-party services, marketplaces, ads, financial platforms, or protected systems
- Attempts to overload, bypass, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or compromise WayaVPN systems
- Sharing, reselling, or distributing generated credentials in a way that violates account rules
- Any activity that causes provider complaints, legal risk, payment risk, infrastructure damage, or service disruption
We may suspend, restrict, revoke, rate-limit, delete, or terminate accounts, routes, generated credentials, sessions, proxy bundles, or access where abuse, fraud, payment risk, partner complaints, or policy violations are detected.
07
Third-party platforms and policy changes
WayaVPN does not control how external websites, platforms, apps, payment systems, streaming services, marketplaces, or APIs classify or accept routed traffic.
- Third-party platforms may change their rules, detection systems, restrictions, or trust scoring at any time.
- A route working today does not guarantee that the same route will work tomorrow.
- DC routes may be faster but may be treated differently from residential routes by some platforms.
- Residential routes may offer ISP-style presence but are still subject to third-party review, blocks, rate limits, or challenges.
- WayaVPN does not guarantee account creation, ad approval, streaming access, marketplace access, verification success, ranking, checkout success, or platform acceptance.
